MD Saifullah Sifat is an internationally recognized Surfing Instructor & certified Judge (ISA), and Technical Official (Referee) for Lifesaving Sports under the International Life Saving Federation (ILS). He is also a Lifeguard Master Trainer and Assessor accredited by RNLI (UK), with extensive experience in professional lifeguard training and coastal safety operations.
He currently serves as the Chief Instructor, Lifeguard Service, based at Cox's Bazar Beach, where he plays a vital role in developing skilled lifeguards, improving beach safety standards, and supporting lifesaving and rescue operations. With strong expertise in surf safety, emergency response, and international-level training methodologies, MD Saifullah Sifat is widely respected for his contribution to water safety, lifeguarding, and lifesaving sports.
